Fall 2007:
HOSTS Reading Program
Description: Help elementary students with reading in either English or Spanish. HOSTS will begin the week of September 17th and end December 7th (the last scheduled day for classes at UT). The requirement is 30 minutes once a week, but you can do more if you please.
Date: HOSTS classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Both English and Spanish speakers are needed at each session. See below for more details.
Location: Metz Elementary (84 Robert Martinez Jr, Austin TX 78702)
If you are interested in volunteering and decide to sign up, double check your schedule beforehand and make sure you can commit to the shift you have chosen once a week.
